ANTAEA CRO Charity to Kalymnos_part 1
ANTAEA CRO donated a year medical supplies to the fire station at Kalymnos, a small island of Dodecanese complex of islands in Greece. The ANTAEA CEO, John Roussos personally delivered the supplies in Kalymnos. ANTAEA CEO, the Head of Touristic department of Kalymnos and the Deputy Mayor of the island began recently this collaboration, as due to austerity many State Agents in Greece are running out of supplies.
The CRO in Greece has committed to support Greek small islands, with periodic donations according to the seasonal needs. Kalymnos is one of the islands in Greece which ANTAEA will constantly support by covering the needs of the fire vehicles and of the Kalymnos fire department in general. Mr. Roussos explained that ANTAEA, as a CRO, is tightly related with the medical field by conducting research on new medication. Thus, more sensitive and attuned to the medical needs, the Kalymnos community may face. He underlined that frontier islands in Greece shouldn’t be forgotten but supported even with small donations by anyone who can. The Head of Touristic department of Kalymnos and the Deputy Mayor warmly thanked Mr. Roussos for the support provided to the local community.
ANTAEA CRO charity in more isolated areas has always been a main goal of ANTAEA Group these years. This type of actions is part of the CRO responsibility in society. ANTAEA Group will actively support the population in Greece and in any other country where it has presence or access.
