Compliance to these principles includes, but is not limited to:
- Implementation of Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption Policy, FCPA compliance;
- Compliance with current Labor, Regulatory and Tax Legislations in operational countries;
- Due diligence while recruiting study sites and Investigators.
