Anticorruption Policy
ANTAEA strictly adheres to ethical standards and complies with anti-corruption laws in all the countries of operation. Our anti-corruption policy extends to our vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
We have implemented the principles of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and all other anti-bribery and anti-corruption local or EU laws that apply to our business operations (collectively referred to as “Anti-Corruption Laws”).
- We represent and certify that we have not offered, or caused to be offered, any money or other thing of value, to any government official (including an employee of a government-owned or –controlled company or of a public international organization), political party official, or employee of a political party, or candidate for public office.
- We represent and certify that we have not offered, or caused to be offered, any money or other thing of value to any person, while knowing, or having reason to know that such person has offered or caused to be offered any money or other thing of value to a foreign government official (including an employee of a government-owned or –controlled company or of a public international organization), political party official, or employee of a political party, or candidate for public office.
- We represent and certify that we have not otherwise violated the FCPA, or any other applicable Anti-Corruption Laws in connection with (i) the sale of the products and/ or services of ANTAEA Group of Companies or (ii) any services provided by our Vendors, Agents, Subcontractors, Consultants and Intermediaries or on behalf of ANTAEA.
- We represent and certify that we do not know and have no reason to believe that any consultants, agents and Intermediaries, or any person retained by us, has violated, nor caused ANTAEA to violate the FCPA or any other applicable Anti-Corruption Laws.
